Reading the event…
Which event are you at?
Pick the one you are standing in. If you were given a link, use that instead — an event can be live without being listed here.
This event is not open.
Either there is no event behind this link, or the organiser has not opened it. Both look the same from out here, deliberately — a draft event is the organiser’s scratch space and is never public.
This desk cannot reach Xaman.
Everything here happens in Xaman on your phone — proving your wallet, and approving the badge. This desk is not connected to Xaman yet, so there is nothing for you to approve. Nothing is wrong with your wallet or with this link. A volunteer can sort it out.
For the organiser: set XUMM_API_KEY and XUMM_API_SECRET and
restart the API. There is deliberately no "just type your address" fallback: an unverified
address is a claim, not a proof, and a badge minted to the wrong address is soulbound and
unrecoverable.
Open your wallet.
Xaman will ask you to sign in. Nothing is spent and nothing is sent — no fee, no payment, no transaction. It only shows the desk that this wallet is yours. That matters, because a badge can never be moved once it is issued: sent to the wrong wallet, it stays there for good.

Open Xaman and scan this.
You will never be asked for a seed, a secret or a private key. Not here, not in Xaman, not at the desk. This page could not use one if you typed it in. Everything you approve is approved inside Xaman, and all this page ever learns is which wallet said yes.
Show this to the volunteer.
They scan it, and your badge is issued to this wallet.
Drawn from your own wallet, so it is already one of a kind. This is the exact artwork you will be given.
Nothing has been issued to you yet. Once the desk sends the badge, it is held for this wallet and nobody else can take it — and you will be asked to accept it in Xaman. That one approval, on your phone, is the whole of it.
Your badge is waiting.
It exists, it is free, and it is being held for your wallet alone — nobody else can take it. It becomes yours the moment you accept it in Xaman.
Xaman can be pointed at more than one XRP network, and it starts on the main one. This badge lives on the testnet network, so if Xaman is looking somewhere else the approval will fail and it will look like the badge is broken. It isn’t.
- In Xaman, go to Settings → Advanced → Node.
- Pick a testnet node, then come back and accept.

Open Xaman and scan this to approve.
You approve it, not us. Xaman shows you exactly what you are accepting, and the key that signs it never leaves your phone. The desk never sees it and could not do this for you.
Collecting your badge.
This takes a few seconds. You can leave the page open.
It’s yours.
Your badge is in your wallet, and your attendance is written down permanently. Nobody can take either of them away from you.
Keep it or don’t — you were still here. Being at this event is a fact about a moment that already happened. Even if the badge itself is destroyed one day, the record of today stands.
Every request this page made
Nothing yet.
This page never holds a key. It cannot ask you for a seed, and it could not use one if you typed it in. Everything is approved by you, inside Xaman, on your own phone.
All this tab remembers, and only until you close it: which event you are at, the wallet you proved, and whatever Xaman is being asked right now.
This is a test network. The XRP involved is play money and none of it is real.
